Refund Policy

1. Cancelling on Time: If you cancel your appointment 12 hours or more before the scheduled time, any advance payments made will be fully refunded.

2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, you may not be eligible for a refund, as a fee may be charged for the late cancellation.

3. Processing Refunds: All refunds will be processed within 6 to 7 days. The refund will be made using the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction.
